Create hover effect for menu buttons Enlighten

Is there a way to create a hover effect for the menu buttons in the Enlighten template, like there is in the Stockholm template? I tried to use the same hover.css but apparently that is not the correct way..

Sorry to say this option is not available with our Enlighten template.
