Conflict between Template & component

I have loaded a component called JSJOBS and when I load a Joomla51 template and try and view the page that the component shows I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2RGB() (previously declared in /home/ticmic72/public_html/build/components/com_jsjobs/css/style_color.php:793) in /home/ticmic72/public_html/build/templates/j51_alexis/php/convert_rgb.php on line 13

Do you have any idea how I can rectify this?

The component works ok with the default Joomla templates but none of my Joomla51
