Color change in Metropolis

Using Metropolis in Joomla 3.3, is it possible to use some Custom CSS to change the color of the Top-2 Module block to the same color as the Content Color, which is also the color of the Top-1 Module block, or to any color? In my case the desired color is #406089.

Presuming I understand you correctly try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters where #406089 is your background color and #FFFFFF the text color for the modules...


#top_modules.block_holder {

    background: #406089;

    box-shadow: none;

    color: #FFFFFF !important;

}
