Because of Failing the Wave ADA test, can you provide coding to remove the left and right arrows from the J51 Slideshow?

They are showing an error on the Wave ADA test.

Thank you!

James

That worked great! Is there also away to remove the tiny thumbnails at the bottom right of the slideshow? These all also bringing up the ADA error Empty Button A button is empty or has no value text.

I am using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool at https://wave.webaim.org to test my websites.

There are a lots of audit websites out there but seems like that WAVE is a good tool. It shows Errors and Contrast Errors, Alerts, Features, Structural Elements and ARIA.

If you know of a better audio tool, please share what you use to determine ADA Compliance for Joomla51 Templates.

I am having to bring all of my older websites into as close as possible to the ADA Compliance Laws for the United States.

Your Assistance is Greatly Appreciated! James

PS: Do you know of a good ADA Keyboard test for either Joomla 3 or Joomla 4 keyboard compliance for ADA?

Hi James

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.layerslideshow-prev, .layerslideshow-next {
display: none;
}
