Hi there
I have nearly finished my site, and I am just checking it on IPAD and mobile. It seems the slideshow does not appear on an ipad and on mobile it still shows the Clarity image. How can I change this?
NOTE: I have only ONE still image on the slideshow.
Url is http://www.personalisedprints.net/web

Also, I am trying to amend the copyright info in the bottom as well as that footer menu, but there doesn't appear to be a module position for this?

Thanks again for your help

Hello

Regarding your slideshow may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will set up your slideshow for you. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

An option to edit your copyright information is available within your templates parameters. From your Joomla administration navigate to Extensions -> Template Manager -> J51_Clarity -> Options -> Copyright.

Thank you

I have disabled the mobile image option in your templates parameters and your slideshow appear to be now showing correctly. When naming images you should try and avoid placing spaces in the name (myimage.jpg rather than my image.jpg). This can cause issues when rendering your images in the browser which was what was happening here. The mobile image option n your templates parameters disables the slideshow and loads an image in its place on mobile devices. As it was unable to load your image you were just getting a blank space.

Hi Again

I have checked this again on mobile and ipad and now the same thing is happening on both. On both the place where there is a slideshow is blank, and if you swipe the screen left or right, the image that I have created appears, but then won't stay. (i changed it so that there was no gaps in the naming of that image) And you have to swipe it to see it.

Just a reminder, I have set it up as a static page, with only one slide in the slideshow. It looks fine on a normal PC, its just these devices. You still have your username and password as before if you need to look at it again.

Thanks again for your help

Hello Ruth354,

May I suggest trying the following solution.
I know you only want one image in the slideshow so try this.
In the folder where you have the slideshow images have 2 image files of the same image.
image1.jpg
image2.jpg

The problem might be the slider looking for more than 1 image to function. By doing as I mentioned it will still only look like one image. :)
