Chloe - Front end editing of images and links

Hello,
I am using Chloe and it is not possible for me to upload an image in the front end.
If I open the modal for choosing the image, the screen is deactivated. See attached picture.

I have solved the problem by selecting Protostar for the menu item for front end editing. A solution with Chloe would be great anyway.
