Hi Ciaran,

I'm using the Chloe template to migrate a website and have these issues with the banner:

1) The banner logo image looks fine on desktops but is too small on phones.
Is there CSS code that would allow me to adjust the image banner on mobile devices?
Here's the link:
Title

2) How can I attach alt-text to the image banner? I need the text to appear when I hover over it.

Thanks,
Mort

Hi Mort

1. To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.showcase-1b .module_surround {
padding-inline: 0;
}

2. I am not familiar with your slideshow module (SmartSlider). The option to include alt text would need to come from the module itself.

Hi Ciaran,

For #1, I tried adding that CSS to the Custom CSS field but nothing changed.
Is there some other code that would allow me to enlarge the banner image on phones?

Thanks,
Mort

did you try within the template parameters (general|logo) adding a mobile logo image?
That should work when the site is viewed on mobile

Hello

I may have misunderstood your query. Instead, try adding the following to the Responsive Custom CSS fields within the General -> Responsive Options tab of your template settings. For more details on using these fields may I suggest the following article... https://joomla51.com/tutorials/template-parameters/applying-custom-css-to-a-screensize-device

.logo.logo-image {
padding: 10px 0;
}
.header_row .wrapper960 {
padding-inline: 0;
}
