Chelsea Responsive Image Slider Not Working

I have images inserted into the header section of the design structure, that don't resize for the responsive layout. I've looked around for a way to make them responsive, and the only thing I could find said to make sure the width was set to 100% instead of a pixel value, which it already was. Nothing else I've tried is working. If you could help me out finding a way to make them fit the responsive layout, that'd be great.
