Chelsea DemoInstaller Errors

Hi,
I've tried to install the Chelsea Demo Installer today and face multiple issues:

1) Duplicate Primary Key (700-4.4.4-2024-03-28) - manually fixed by removing the insert in custom.sql
2) JLIB_INSTALLER_ABORT_REFRESH_MANIFEST_CACHE - Error Could not refresh manifest cache for extension: mod_sampledata

Hello

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve these issues. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.
