The particles animation in our Chelsea template can be set within the 'Styling' tab of the template parameters. From your Joomla administration navigate to Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Styling and set the 'Particles Animation' field to the module block of your choice. You will also notice a field to set the particles color.
is it possible to change the background animation to a different one? Maybe a youtube video as background?
Second question: Is it possible to do different of these background animations in different sections of one page same time?
1. This area of the template uses particles.js. If you are efficient at implementing JS you could try creating a new particle.js (http://vincentgarreau.com/particles.js/) and replace the existing one within the template (line 111 of your templates index.php - ../templates/j51_chelsea/index.php).
2. Sorry to say at present only one particles.js can be loaded within a single page.
