Changing the look to Letter Press template

Dear Support,
I'd like that my web site with LetterPress template in Joomla 3.4 is so:
http://demo.joomla51.com/0102/index.php/features/replaceable-background

I'm not finding for the settings.
I'll be grateful for any help.

Hi Andrew

An option to edit the background of your template is available via 'Select Background Image' field in the 'Styling' tab of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Template Manager -> [YourTemplateStyle - eg. J51_Letterpress - Default).
