Changing the default Date Format

Is there an easy way, either through the Template or in Joomla itself, to change the format of the date that is displayed in articles and on category blogs? I thought I found it once, but I can't find it now. I am using the Kinvara templates on Joomla 3.9.25.

In English (en-CA), I would like to display the date as Mar-18-2021 for example.
