Changing page names on menu tabs

Hi,

Just wondering if there is anyway for me to change the text that is displayed on the web menu tab when on a particular page.

For example, when i am on the home page of my website (http://www.aleyce.com) it says on the web tab that i have open "Home" when i would like this to say something like "Aleyce Simmonds-Home" etc and same with news and so on.

Is it possible for me to change what is displayed on these for each page?

The controls over your page titles are quite basic (Site -> Global Configuration -> SEO Settings)in Joomla however there is a number of SEO extensions available which allow full control of each page.. http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-management/seo-a-metadata/title-management
