Changing Font Size Small Intro Text Rapid Contact

Hello,

I see that Small Intro Text in Privilege's Rapid Contact Form allows for HTML. I am not sure if this goes in the space of the text or under CSS code. How do I increase the "Small Intro Text" . It seems to be independent of the form font size. Thanks
