Change order in the mobile view

We used FREE-Template J51_Classic for Joomla 3
We have so designed the template so in the Side Column Layout: C-S-S
If the display for a mobile device, we see first the sidebar and Content after that.
What need we do, to see Content first and after that the sidebar?

Many thanks for your help. It took a little while, but #9990 is the right solution. Now it works as desired.
This display should be used for mobile mode as standard. It is the normal case.
