Hello

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS) where 102 is your menu item ID (edit to taste)....

.item-102 > a {

    font-weight: bold;

    color: red !important;

}
