change color of sub-menus background

Hi Ciarán
I need to lighten the sub-menus background on Boss template. I’ve tried several approaches taken from previous questions in the forum but none worked. I had a look to ‘nexus.css’ file but I don’t recognize the line to be altered, and assuming it is the correct file. May I have your help again?

In the meantime I found the answer. I’ve edited the background color via the 'Menus' tab of the templates parameters. But I still need help to implement some transparency, if possible.

Thank you for the update.

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (edit to taste)...


#hornav ul ul {

    background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);

}
