Central template - Not cutting to sections

Hi,

Just started working on the central template and when I click on a menu icon it cuts to the homepage screen then I have to scroll to the content. Instead of like the demo where it automatically cuts to the content instead of having to scroll each time from the landing screen.

Any suggestions?
