Center Flex Gallery Image Blocks On Odd Number

In the Chelsea Template using the Flex Gallery Module. Is there a way I can center the image blocks since I have an odd number of them? I have seven blocks and would like the second line of three blocks centered under the top line of four blocks. Thanks for your assistance.
