Cashmere - responsive menu not expanding

On this site in phone sizes, the menu is collapsed and doesn't show the submenus.

I will send the credentials to the email as I did for another site. Perhaps it's just something I didn't set??

I have installed 'jQuery Easy' which ensures jQuery is loaded only once throughout your site which appears to have resolved the issue.
