Cashmere hornav container not white but code says it is white

Cashmere - hornav container background is set to #ffffff but it is not white. The hornav background menu is white. The colors are different. If you use #container_hornav {
background-color:red;
} Then you can see where the white background should be and it is different than the white of the menu background.

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#container_hornav {

    background-image: none;

}
