Hello,

is it possible to use buttons instead of Prev and Next for the Carousel extension?
I tried to use < and > but somehow this isn\'t possible.
Thanks!

Hello

Would you have a URL to an example of your carousel module?

Thank you

In your carousel modules default.php (../modules/mod_j51carousel/tmpl/default.php) try replacing the following (line 121)...

navigationText: ["<?php echo $j51_text_prev ?>","<?php echo $j51_text_next ?>"],

With...

navigationText: ["<",">"],

You can also experiment with this with some Font Awesome icons etc. Note for this module we used the Owl Carousel script which comes with a host of other options which can be added to the same area (http://owlgraphic.com/owlcarousel/).

Hi Ciaran,

So how would you use Font Awesome arrows instead of text for navigation?

Thanks.

Hello

Sorry to say there is no current option to replace the navigation text with FontAwesome icons.
