When viewing on Iphone, the menu bar does not appear at the top on the Homepage but does appear when clicking on any of the links from the footer menu?
Please assist.

As the issue is only on one page this would imply that it is a module issue. Firstly ensure that jQuery is disabled in your slideshow modules settings as this is already loaded by Joomla. Secondly try disabling the tune been played ('The One that was Lost'?.. nice tune
) and see if that resolves the issue.
