Cannot reinstall template

Good Morning,

I had a recent issue with our website ofwhich the end result was I had to wipe everything and start again. When trying to reinstall the template I purchased from yourselves I get this message:

Template Install: There is already a Template using the named directory: Install. Are you trying to install the same template again?

Its a completely fresh install I don't understand, I really need help as I have a deadline to meet.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello

It sounds like the template folder still exists in your template folder. From your Joomla installation navigate to Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Discover -> Discover. Your template should be listed, you can then select the template and click install.
