Cannot publish menus

I've created 2 new menus (my services & galleries) and published them in the SIDE COLUMN position but they are not visible. Pages have been assigned to these menus.
I published the LOGIN module on the Contact Us page no problem?

Can you please assist.

You appear to have not yet set up any menu items in either of your menus. If there is no menu items in a menu linked to a module then that module will not appear. To add menu items to a menu navigate to Menus -> [YourMenu] -> Add new menu item).
