Cannot install template Carmen

Hi Ciaran
I've tried installing the template Carmen (drag & drop) and get these 2 error messages:

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.
danger: Unable to detect manifest file.

Can you assist please.

Yes. I've been installing your templates and modules the same way for years.
During my last subscription I downloaded 5 template package (joomla 4) and only Nina & Calibra can be installed.
The others simply will not open (drag & drop)

I have been able to install the Carmen template and bundled modules without any issue. Note the Joomla 4 version of the template and modules will not work for Joomla 3.
