Cannot install Nina template

Hi Ciaran
I've just installed the latest version of Joomla here: https://thebigspoon.co.uk/
I tried installing the Nina template and it will not install?
I also tried a couple of the modules but no good.

Any thoughts Ciaran?
I've created a super user account. (details posted to info@joomla51.com)

What kind of error did you get? To make sure it isn't an server issue, can you install a extension from https://extensions.joomla.org/instant-search/?jed_live%5BrefinementList%5D%5Bversions%5D%5B0%5D=51 and see if it works?

I simply "drag & drop" the file.
I don't get any type of error message.
The "drag & drop" box just remains unmoved.
I have emailed login details to you guys.

If I install a template/module from my original downloaded Joomla51 templates/modules etc (prior 2018) I have no problem installing them.
I have just renewed my subscription and the templates now available for download will not install?

I can report that I can now install templates and modules following reporting the problem to my server provider.
Not sure what they done but there it is.

Sorry but it's happening again.
Just done a new install here: https://thepickmangroup.co.uk
Apart from NINA I am unable to install any of the other templates, modules etc?
