I am trying to install demo package but it seems there is some error. Can you please help me. I am using Joomla for ten years and yours templates since the beginning.

Are you having this issue on a localhost or on your server? What PHP version are yu using? At what point of your setup are you having this issue?

Thanks for a fast reply. I have a problem on the first step. It is on server not on localhost. PHP version are 8.1 and 8.0 / Apache 2.4

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

Sorry for late reply but I just wanted to test all possible solutions. Your template is working smooth now on the other hosting providers and I tested it. But somehow it is not working on my preffered hosting. I called support and they installed fresh Joomla 4.2 website through control panel. When I tried to install demo, somehow it is not working..Did all steps properly like on the other hosting where your demo is working. THen I tried to install it on another hosting and just copy files and import database but it doesn't work. Can please be a kind to suggest me if there is some other solution?

Admittedly this is difficult to say without been able replicate the issue. Could you detail for me the stack you are using (PHP version, MySQL version etc.) on your server and we will attempt to replicate the issue on our side.

Unfortunately with the same PHP and MySQL version we are still unable to replicate this iss. Are you finding this issue if your upload a standard copy of Joomla (eg. https://downloads.joomla.org/). If you get the same issue then you may have some permissions issues with your server, in which case I would suggest contacting your hosting provider.
