My site is now live and working but I cannot get access to the template on the back end through the template manager.

When I select the Oxygen template, I get the following message. What is happening?

Hi daweser

Have you changed the name of the template folder? This can happen when the name in the templates templateDetails.xml does not match the name of the template folder.

No name change.

I think it is a permission issue with the remote server. All the files under the Directory Permissions listed on the backend are unwriteable.

Hopefully the administrator will get that sorted out today. Will let you know.

thanks

After a search on Google with the error message, I found a forum solution that said to go into Global Configuration on the back end and then to System settings and turn off Debug system.

Everything started to work on the backend again.

Solution found.
