Can't Sign into Joomla

On several of my sites, I am unable to sign into the site. When I attempt to sign in, it just refreshes the sign in page.

I have tried several methods to fix the problem, including changing the password in the database, but so far nothing seems to work. Any resources that are up to date that may help or any suggestions?

Admittedly this would not be a template related issue however you could try the following to reset your admin login details... https://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_recover_or_reset_your_admin_password%3F
