Can't enter text on Form fields via mobile

Hi,
When accessing my site via a smart phone / tablet, users are unable to fill in the contact form.
The keypad comes up temporarily to let users enter text - but flashes out of the screen straight away.
Can you have a look?
We are using j51_scarlett
