Presuming I understand you correctly and you want your carousel to display in 3 columns, you will find an option for this within the 'General Settings' tab of your modules parameters (Columns (Mobile Landscape) & Columns (Mobile Portrait)).
The homepage carousel in Android mobile was not moving for 30 sec and when it moved, it moved slowly; while it is fine on the laptop. When it does not move for 30 sec, users who first visit the website will not notice that it is a moving carousel. Similarly, the speed on mobile and on the laptop for the quote carousel does not match.
However, I find that it is moving quite fast for the homepage carousel in the last 2 days. What has been changed?
I also want to enlarge the characters in the homepage carousel without affecting the characters in other areas. Kindly advise.
No changes have been made to the carousel. Most likely this would be down to possible performance issues on your device. Testing on a number of devices here, your carousel appears to be working fine.
To edit just the text on your homepage carousel try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (edit to taste)...
