I have added Calibra to this site: http://canwood.ca/
and have applied a background that was on their previous site which was a joomlage template.

The image itself should look more focused and tight, but it seems stretched. How do I make it sharper. I have attached the image so you can see that it is much more crisp than it shows on the site.

Also on this page
http://canwood.ca/administration/council-and-minutes
I cannot figure out why the right hand side has the text so far to the right. This is just a category blog and should have similar spacing on the right as this page: http://canwood.ca/services/medical-emo

Similarly: the images on the left side of this page: http://canwood.ca/tourism/golf-course
should center within the left panel, but they only float left. The h1 is centering over the images however, so it seems that the column is too narrow.

UPDATE: Fixed the bg image. It wasn't tall enough. The other questions however still remain.

Also - how would I remove the pattern behind the side-col-B (see main page - canwood.ca), and change the border color of this panel.
Thanks
G

Hi Glen

Could I ask you to send temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

To remove the pattern of your sidecolumn module try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters..

.backgrounds .sidecol_a, .backgrounds .sidecol_b {
background-image: none;
}

Thank you for the fix for:

I had a similar problem - re: with this post:
http://www.joomla51.com/forum/8-commercial-templates/7395-logo-appears-smaller-on-the-home-page
Also: Can you look at this page and tell me why the right part of this 'category blog' page (Bylaws) is aligned so far over to the right. It actually is float right according to the CSS??
See zenonpark.com/index.php/en/administration/bylaws-and-notices
Although this page looks fine and is also just a 'category blog' layout. zenonpark.com/index.php/en/administration/municipal-council

and was given this as a fix
.cols-2 .column-2 {
float: left;
}
I'm wondering if the same fix needs to be applied here to Substance on zenonpark.com

Thanks

Hello

Are you having a similar issue as when this CSS was given as a fix? I so well then yes, you can try adding this CSS to amend the issue.
