Buying a template again?

Hello,
I bought a template, "Ashley", some years ago, for Joomla 3, I want to move to joomla 4 or 5 now, should I buy it again? (I will reinstall Joomla).
How can I download it?

P.S.2 But the download link is for 3.x only, and I want for joomla 4 or 5?!?
