Breadcrumbs Nova not showing

Hello, I'm running the Nova template and am having viewing the "Breadcrumbs".
I listed the URL below
I have attached a few snapshots showing the module is enabled, listed on all pages, placed in breadcrumb section in template. I did notice that the "Ordering" did not list breadcrumbs. That is where I'm stumped. Can you help please. BC 1.png
