Boutique With Sample Data

Downloaded Boutique With Sample Data - Copied To htdocs.
Had to edit joomla.sql and sample_data.sql - replacing ENGINE=InnoDB with ENGINE=MyIsam

When I try to install I get the error

Variable 'character_set_client' can't be set to the value of 'NULL' SQL=/*!40101 SET CHARACTER_SET_CLIENT=@OLD_CHARACTER_SET_CLIENT */

Hi James

Am I correct in assuming you are working on a localhost? Do you get the same issue if you try and install the default Joomla installation package (https://www.joomla.org/download.html).

Yes On Local Host - Standard Joomla Installs Fine.
So Did That And Then Added The Alternate Template.
Would have been nice to have sample data though
