Good Morning Ciaran,
I am Tweeking and testing the upgrade from J3 to J4.

The New Home Page

Is not displaying the the featured articles across the home page the responsive way it does here
http://www.modelnsmonaghan.com/

Can you tell me what I need to do to get the Boutique J4 Featured Pages to be Responsive ?

Are you referring to the homepage? Strangely I am unable to notice a difference between the your Joomla 3 site and Joomla 4 site.

I use the Featured Article option, in j3 they are horiziontal. In J4 the layout us vertical

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#container_main .wrapper960 .blog-items {

    display: grid;

}
