Boss Template Top-2 area

I can't figure this out and hope you can help. I can't install the demo content on this one because it is an existing site.

I can't figure out how you did the top-2 area where it says "Contact, Media Prayer".

I tried a normal module but then installed the j51 icons module and am trying that. That is close but I don't think that is right either.

Sorry I searched the forum and the template tutorials but couldn't find anything on it.
Can you guide me a bit?
