in BOSS-Template is no icon for "Google My Business". Where to change the icon to use Google+ entry ?

Sorry to say the Boss template only include fonts from the FontAwesome icon library. For a full list of the icon available you can check out... https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/

One option for you is to add the icon to a custom module (Extensions -> New -> Custom).
