Since there is no documentation for creating this, I'm putting this here to save others from wasting time with trial and error.

The wave is in module Top 1. The colour is the one you designate as background for that module row.

You have to put some content in one of the Top 1 module spaces for it to appear.

Voilà.

In a reply to another post, Ciaran adds:

The wavy edge is is created using an inline SVG. If you wish you can try creating your own SVG using online tools like https://getwaves.io/.

The code for the SVG within your template can be found between line 130 and 132 of your templates index.php (../templates/j51_bianca/index.php)

Thank you for posting this. It is something we really should have a tutorial for as it is not very apparent otherwise!

I recently bought the Bianca template specifically for that wave. It was incredibly frustrating to have to search everywhere for instructions on how to achieve it.
