Bianca Template Slideshow

Hi,

I'm thinking of using the Bianca template. I notice the slideshow has a highlighted area running down from below the logo. Is this to allow for text or similar, or is it just a feature? Also, can it be removed if required?

This is just a style feature of the template which can be easily removed with the addition of the following CSS..

.logo-strip {

  display: none;

}
