Hi there, I purchased Bianca for my site (which already has Joomla installed) and I cannot find any way to install the demo without completely re-installing Joomla (which will wipe out my current installation). So I installed the plain template, but there is so little documentation (which module, what position, images ect) that it is impossible to re-create the demo.

1. Is there any way to install the demo without wiping my current installation?
2. Is there any documentation that tells us directly how to re-create the demo (specially the home page). Meaning it tells exactly which module to use in what position, the order they were used, how the background is placed, what size images to use etc.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello

Sorry to say, but the demo content can only be installed on a fresh Joomla installation. Additionally, each template does not come with documentation on how to replicate the demo.

A possible solution would be to create a local copy of the demo from which you can copy the details (positions, settings etc.) to your existing Joomla installation.

Thanks so much for your response. Yes, that's what I thought. But that isn't something I'm able to do. Also, is there any type of documentation for this template?

Could you please tell me what the HTML that formats this text and calls the button/link? (I'm assuming it is just a custom module edited with the WYSIWIG editor?) Using regular header tags, p tags etc doesn't style it like this.

PS: absolutely LOVE these templates. So well made!!

Hello

The first text block is created using a Custom HTML module in the top-1c position, in to which the following HTML is used..

<h2>Release your Creative Freedom</h2>
<h4 class="text-primary">Carefully Crafted Design</h4>
<p class="hidden-tablet">Morbi in sem quis dui placerat ornare. Pellentesque odio nisi, euismod in, pharetra a, ultricies in, diam. Sed arcu. Cras consequat. Praesent dapibus, neque id cursus faucibus, tortor neque egestas auguae, eu vulputate magna eros eu erat.</p>

The second text block is also a Custom HTML module placed in the top-2a module position, in to which the following is used...

<h2 class="text-center">Discover Something Beautiful</h2>
<h4 class="text-primary text-center">Versatile & Easy to Use</h4>
<p class="text-center" style="max-width: 740px; margin: 0 auto 30px;">Phasellus ultrices nulla quis nibh. Quisque a lectus. Aliquam erat volutpat.</p>
<p class="text-center"><button class="btn">Find it Today</button></p>

I hope this helps :)

Ciaran, thank you SO much for your help. I greatly appreciate it. I didn't know that there was documentation in the demo until after I posted. So sorry!

I haven't built a Joomla site in 13 yrs and things have changed. Thanks for your patience... and your response. Cheers!
