Bg Images in J51 - Enlighten

in the template the bg images is not fulscreen in some menues item:

i tried in CSS:
#body_bg{
background: url(/images/bg.jpg) no-repeat scroll center center;
-webkit-background-size: cover !important;
-moz-background-size: cover !important;
-o-background-size: cover !important;
background-size: cover !important;
}

but not working :S

    min-height: 100vh;

}
