I have moved the menu down as you can see in the screenshot attached, but when I hover over them the highlight is far to long, how can I reduce it to a normal size

Thanks

No in the end I hid it buy making it white, however since I have moved the menu down, the sub menu appears above it, if you move over the spa menu as in attached

Hello

Presuming I understand you correctly, checking your site source you do not appear to have any child items on your 'Spa' menu item?

Thank you

Remove the following from your Custom CSS field...

.nav-pills > li > a {
border-radius: 5px;
margin-bottom: 2px;
margin-top: 125px;
padding-bottom: 8px;
padding-top: 8px;
}

And instead add the following..

.hornav {
margin-top: 125px;
}
