To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....
A lot of these issues are caused by the Module Style Overrides you have created. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will disable overrides on small screen devices. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
It appears that these issues are caused by some of your custom CSS. I have wrapped some of your CSS in media queries so they only affect larger screen devices.
yet we can see the language menu on different devices, but not in the same place. Strange that we can not settle this? a template supposed to be responsive should manage it no?
The language flags are moving due to custom CSS that you have added. To display the position in the same location across all devices you can remove the following from your Custom CSS field..
