Is there a way to use "ANIMATE ON SCROLL" on Googel Chrome? (Googel Chrome does not support Java?)

Google Chrome by default will support Javascript unless otherwise disabled. Would you have a URL to an example of your animation?

Excuse me, need to correct me. On another PC "Animate on Scroll" works. The error must be on my Chrome browser.

Have you found the reason why it wasn't working on Chorme? I am in the same situation. I have the latest Chrome 58.0.3029.110
