Background image size on mobile, Nocturne template

Hello, on this website the 4 items in the top (Dobbeloop, Schaatsen, Skeeleren, Hardloop training) all have an background image. When I view this on mobile the image isn't covering the whole background. On desktop this is allright.
The module I'm using for this is J51_ImageLinkHover.
How can I get the background image to cover the whole background on mobile view?
