Hello Ciaran,
Hope all is well.

In Elvira, I Just Purchased the J4 . . . . The Limit on Banner Background Images is 20, Is there a way to Increase that?

I have just created a new update to our Elvira template which includes an increase (20000) to the number of images that can added in the banner area. For details on updating your template may I suggest the following article.. https://joomla51.com/tutorials/joomla-basics/updating-your-joomla-template
