To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)...

body {

    background-image: url('http://festsaal-petersburg.de/images/bodybackground.jpg');

    background-attachment: fixed;

    background-size: cover;

}
