background image for each screen resolution

Hello,

we use the Journal Ttemplate

There gives a background image and we must have it for each display resolution, ie not distort.

How can we realize that?

Hello

The following CSS can be used in conjunction with the Custom CSS fields available in the 'Responsive Options' tab of your templates parameters. This example would link to an image1,jpg in the root of your images folder (edit to taste).


#body_bg {

    background-image: url("/images/image1.jpg");

}

Hello Ciaran,
thank you.

But i mean for every display resolution on pc.
For example 1680x1050 Pixel or 1920x1080.

Not Smartphone or tablet!

Hi Jan

Using the Custom CSS tab of your templates parameters you can place the above CSS within media queries of your choice like so (edit to taste)...


@media all and (max-width: 1919px) and (min-width: 1680px) {

#body_bg {

    background-image: url("/images/image1.jpg");

}

}
